How to Become a Particpating Employer

To get started, please click on the Employer Participation Agreement link, fill out the document and follow the instructions to submit it to GOED. Upon approval, you will be provided with a link to create a login and get started. Below is specific information about how the program works.

UtahWorksforYou.com - ApplicantSearch™ Job Listings

ApplicantSearch™ will allow you to post your job openings to the job board on this site as well as to the job boards of all of our other partner sites with a single post. These job boards will get your job in front of thousands of highly qualified job seekers. Download the participation agreement below for pricing. To get started, click on the Request a Login link located in the box to the right of this text.

UtahWorksforYou.com Resume Search Request

As a participating employer with the GOED's UtahWorksforYou.com, you can request a search of our database of job seekers who have put their resumes on file with UtahWorksforYou.com.

ApplicantSearch™ Full Database Search Request

ApplicantSearch™ can expand your search request to include the entire database of job seekers from all ApplicantSearch™ partner sites. This database currently includes over 13,000 job seekers. Our Search Request option is designed to create specific candidate matching for positions in your company. It will provide candidates well-suited to the skills, knowledge, abilities, and characteristics required for success at your jobs as well as allow you to find candidates that are more likely to perform well, enjoy working for you, and want to stay with your company.

ApplicantSearch™ will identify candidates with your requirements for education, skills, and language competence. It will also pinpoint candidates who have the appropriate job and location preferences to match your positions and locations.

Candidates will also match your job based on valid and reliable assessment results that predict their success in a specific position at your company. Research demonstrates that candidates who match the position are more likely to succeed based on three components:

  • Thinking Style-- "Can they do this job?"
  • Behavioral Traits-- "How will they do this job?"
  • Occupational Interests-- "Do they want to do this job?".

When all three of these components are well-matched to the position, all stakeholders benefit. When they are not well-matched, productivity, morale, and retention all decline dramatically.

ApplicantSearch™ will save you time and money, shorten the "open to hire" gap and thereby increase your profits. You will receive a candidate match list from us in which your probability of success is significantly higher and directly correlated to the assessment's percentage match. As you decide to interview specific individuals, you can request a Placement Report, with interview questions directly related to the individual and the job under consideration.
