Financial Services for Employees

The world of finance is vast nowadays and is still showing tendency of continuous growth. The functioning of the finance industry involves the entire set of institutions which are in charge of money management. These establishments comprise banks (conducting various payments, saving money on deposit accounts, currency exchange operations, granting loans and offering other financial services); insurance companies (that offer prospective monetary coverage of estimated loss occurring as a result of an unwanted event, such as accident or disease); investment companies (offering investment services, i.e. using clients money as endowment into affairs which are prospectively assumed as having profit perspectives) and other financial services companies. The latter option is subdivided into money investing (for example, forex trading) and stock investment (using customers’ securities, such as shares, bonds etc. and placing them onto the market).

There is a large number of specialists employed in the sphere of financial services, for example: 1) brokers who act as middle men between buyers and sellers and obtain fees for their services. There are commodity exchange brokers (who search for appropriate goods and services on the free market); stock brokers (who assist in obtaining profits from market rate fluctuations); forex brokers (who help choose currency pairs and commence trading) etc.
2) Insurance agents (who advertise and introduce various insurance programs to the public) and other specialists.

Financial services for employees include banks’ services (credits, different loan programs, monetary transactions etc.); insurance services (e.g. health insurance for employees) and others. Financial services for employers may include centralized payroll, collective insurance and other services.
